No indications that the article's grandiose claims are accurate. The one reliable third-party source, Times, has gone 404, but the [http://web.archive.org/web/20100530094705/http://business.timesonline.co.uk/tol/business/career_and_jobs/article2823746.ece archived copy] I found does not mention von Scheel. Google News only gives two blogs, no reliable sources. That leaves us with [https://worldtradesymposium.com/henrik-von-scheelglobal-economist-author-investor-future/ this fawning biography] which I rather doubt was independent or subject to meaningful editorial oversight.
