  • REdirect to Jacobite succession or just delete. The subject is sufficiently covered in that article. This article adds details of the heirs apparent or presumptive to these Pretenders, but that is not valuable information. Most of those concerned are members of the royalty, for whom appropriate genealogical information will be found in their articles. I did once see (but did not buy) a book claiming that the succession passed to a child of the Young Pretender (by a mistress), but that depended on the child being legitimate, which the child was not.
