• Delete - I don't think this is the same as a garage sale. A house clearance is [https://www.bhf.org.uk/shop/donating-goods/house-clearance "clearing items and household waste from a property, including sheds and garages."] (I would probably just call this "house cleaning" or "house cleanup" in America.) I don't see any reasonable redirect target, so I recommend deletion. The research of Annebelle Pollen e.g.{{Cite journal |last=Pollen |first=Annebella |date=2022-12-09 |title=Emptying the Wardrobe, Clearing the House: A Microcosmic View into the Creation and Destruction of Clothing Value |url=https://research.brighton.ac.uk/en/publications/emptying-the-wardrobe-clearing-the-house-a-microcosmic-view-into- |journal=JOMEC: Journalism, Media and Cultural Studies Journal |volume=17 |pages=34–54 |issn=2049-2340}} looks like good sourcing, but it's not enough to write an article around.
