Non-notable academic, gnews and gscholar searches produce next to nothing. This was prodded, prod rejected because of claim that he was head of department -- but he is an assistant professor and was tapped to act as head while real head was on leave, see [http://www.gcu.edu.pk/IslmStudNews.htm here].
