At this point, something of a WP:CORP1E situation, since the only apparent notability of this division is that IBM eventually sold it off as no longer profitable. There is probably somewhere where the one or two sentences of substance in this could be merged, but I see no reason for the article as it stands. Mangoe (talk) 23:33, 23 January 2023 (UTC)
