This was tagged for speedy deletion when first created, but I gave the original editor a chance to fix the article. Some time has passed and the importance has not been asserted. - Keep - I was leaning towards delete just looking at the article, but a [http://books.google.co.uk/books?hl=en&safe=off&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB:official&hs=YlM&q=%22Implicit%20Collaboration%22&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wp book search] reveals that the term is widely used in the computer industry. A [http://scholar.google.co.uk/scholar?hl=en&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB:official&hs=YlM&um=1&ie=UTF-8&q=%22Implicit%20Collaboration%22&sa=N&tab=ns google scholar search] produces several papers regarding the topic, particularly [http://csdl2.computer.org/persagen/DLAbsToc.jsp?resourcePath=/dl/proceedings/&toc=comp/proceedings/wcre/2004/2243/00/2243toc.xml&DOI=10.1109/WCRE.2004.18 this one].
