Unclear notability. Speedy declined due to Google news search. Google news doesn't have anything for these three words together that refers to the company. A wider google search reveals some references but the top ones are press releases. (Addition: Some references to a local newspaper that lists volunteer efforts http://www.newsobserver.com/print/wednesday/city_state/story/337337.html) Can't find independent sources of WP:RS.
