Promotional article, created by banned vandal. No evidence of notability, even when the company existed; third-party sources are promotional churnalism. Nothing in a WP:BEFORE, let alone anything of WP:CORPDEPTH. No reasonable prospect of organic improvement. PROD removed, but with no attention to the sourcing issues.   • Redirect InterAct should redirect to GameShark#Brand_history. I guess the page was a redirect to Game Shark for roughly seven years, but then a single-purpose account transformed it to talk about unrelated company using sketchy / self-serving source material.
