• It only looks like it is pointing to WP:ATD--it is actually points to the 13th list element in the section above that. It is a weird redirect, so it is an easy mistake to make. --Mark viking (talk) 06:58, 20 September 2017 (UTC)
• I was hoping to create a list article for IPA charts, to make it easier to grab symbols without having to scroll through a long article. • True, but then it wouldn't be of much help to others. I'm sure I'm not the only one that finds Wikipedia's IPA charts to be among the most convenient methods of interacting with the notation, nor the only person who would desire an IPA list article akin to List of grammatical cases. • There could be a room for an independent article that consists solely of a comprehensive list of IPA tables (in which case I for one think there needs to be prior discussion at Talk:International Phonetic Alphabet), but WP:TITLE directs us not to create a subpage in the main namespace and to give encyclopedic articles "recognizable, concise, natural, precise, and consistent" titles (for reference, look at the titles of the pages under :Category:International Phonetic Alphabet). So we could alternatively move the present page to a more descriptive title without leaving a redirect, but I just think it contains so little content that there's no need for its page history to be preserved. • Apologies again for misunderstanding the way things are done here. I think that sounds reasonable; I've created a discussion at Talk:International Phonetic Alphabet#Potential list article regarding this, and I've copied the article's contents to User:Sweyn78/IPA charts. • I would be against using a parenthetical title because it is not disambiguation (the International Phonetic Alphabet part of this article's title refers to the same alphabet as the article International Phonetic Alphabet). It should be International Phonetic Alphabet chart or something to that effect (cf. International Phonetic Alphabet chart for English dialects). Nardog (talk) 14:25, 16 September 2017 (UTC)
• International Phonetic Alphabet tables is the obvious move, or International Phonetic Alphabet charts. The article is an WP:Orphan so presumably you will want to add a link to it from the International Phonetic Alphabet article. wbm1058 (talk) 20:15, 16 September 2017 (UTC)
