Article is obviously not NPOV. Any information that it has should be added to Politics of the United States, Foreign Relations of the United States or the apporopriate treaty articles. Creator states in his creation that this information was removed from the US Politics page, the appropriate place would be to discuss it in that page, not create a new page that does not exist for any other country.   • Delete - Little more than an attack page against an entire country (seeing as there are no sources). This kind of information should be presented alongside positive commentary at an article such as the Foreign Relations article as suggested by the nom.
