Doesn't seem to meet the current version of WP:NCRIC as has not played at senior international level for his country. Also nothing within the article to demonstrate WP:GNG nor in a WP:BEFORE search. The article appears to be an unnecessary duplication of Iqbal Hossain Rony, which is currently a redirect. I don't see any value in turning this article into a redirect. Some confusion with the Cricinfo link and finding his profile on CricketArchive; the only Iqbal Hossain to have played for Chittagong is [https://cricketarchive.com/Archive/Players/35/35134/35134.html this guy], though his stats don't match up with the Cricinfo entry.
