"Professor" of History of Mass Communication at the Universite Libre de Bruxelles, but her University [http://urimage.ulb.ac.be/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=51&Itemid=62 profile] lists her as an instructor. Received her PhD in 2004. She was a post-doc till 2007. Google scholar lists 8 articles, but I've found about 20 articles and one book. She appears to be a case of too soon.
