Nominator comment: It's pretty clearly an advertising campaign since there are a spate of these articles (Ivy-China Elite Development Program‎, Columbia Asia-Pacific Development Society‎, Peking University Global Exchange Network for Students) all created by Special:Contributions/Bgxcpku.
