A bio with an obvious COI/UPE history. Performance coaches or motivational speakers are hardly notable just for being a motivational speaker. His notability claim to notability is very weak and is based on the notability of his father Tony Robbins (so WP:NOTINHERITED applies here). Secondly, sources cited are mostly blogs, press releases, or contributor articles by Forbes etc like [https://www.forbes.com/sites/dorieclark/2015/01/09/how-to-succeed-this-year-even-when-youve-failed-before/#ee4ed1270182 this one] and some are just interviews (WP:PRIMARY) like [http://www.thenational.ae/business/industry-insights/the-life/personal-development-coach-teaches-motivation-comes-from-within this one].
