As per NOTNEWS, no sustained coverage on the subject who is notable for a single act of saving a Philippine flag during a typhoon who was likely just highlighted by some national media outlets to give some silver lining during a time of tragedy. Fails WP:GNG. Hariboneagle927 (talk) 11:59, 18 February 2022 (UTC)

  • Delete or merge Nothing in the way of sustained coverage beyond the one incident and event that's small. Could be a subsection in the history of the flag of the Philippines or something similar. Oaktree b (talk) 16:24, 18 February 2022 (UTC)

  • Delete this article illustrates all the problems with creating articles on non-notable minors who do one thing that gets a little attention. Lelis is not a "young Filipino girl" as the article states. She is either 22 or 23, a "young girl" prbably should be under 12, but clearly we should not be using the term for a woman age 21 or more, even if maybe we could justify it in a few cases up to age 18.John Pack Lambert (talk) 19:23, 24 February 2022 (UTC)
