Lots of references dotted through the article. None are both reliable and in-depth coverage of the subject. Dweller (talk) 08:30, 24 April 2015 (UTC)

- Keep - needs to be improved but musician is clearly notable.--BlameRuiner (talk) 05:08, 25 April 2015 (UTC)
:If he's clearly notable, I'd be happy to close the AfD. Do you have some evidence of notability? --Dweller (talk) 19:53, 26 April 2015 (UTC)

- Keep but TNT - 150+ news results; including a mention in Rolling Stone as well. Article is terrible however - only one source and it's primary... —МандичкаYO 😜 20:26, 5 May 2015 (UTC)
- Comment - He seems to be notable but the article is poorly constructed and needs a rewrite.--Earthh (talk) 20:47, 5 May 2015 (UTC)
- Delete without prejudice to someone rewriting using reliable sources with in depth coverage. Stuartyeates (talk) 07:42, 7 May 2015 (UTC)

- Delete - It could become notable if it was too be blown up and rewritten. –Davey2010Talk 00:52, 12 May 2015 (UTC)
- Delete The subject needs to have content written about him. That's not happening. He receives passing mentions in sources. I found sources like http://vicfirth.com/artists/jeff_friedl.php, http://zildjian.com/Artists/F/Jeff-Friedl and http://www.samsontech.com/artists/jeff-friedl/ that manage to write a few words about the subject. The three articles at http://www.metalinsider.net/tag/jeff-friedl simply mention his name and don't go into depth on the subject. His hometown paper doesn't show him much love either: http://thisistucson.com/2015/02/21/jeff-friedl-tucsons-own-give-us-a-little-love/ and AllMusic only recognizes him six times: http://www.allmusic.com/artist/jeff-friedl-mn0002803444/credits . - Keep Agree with BlameRuiner and Earthh; one aspect skipped in the current article is that while session musicians play with many bands all the time, it is unusual for touring musicians, and he usually has multiple touring and studio arrangements simultaneously, cf http://culturemob.com/interview-jeff-friedl-drummer-extraordinaire jzp (talk) 14:24, 17 May 2015 (UTC)
- TNT This article is terrible, but it seems a better article could be written. Joseph2302 (talk) 00:24, 22 May 2015 (UTC)
