• Keep. Appears to have established notability. "Adjunct professor" has two possible meanings in North America: a status-only appointment, where someone does research and teaching at a university which should be recognized, but is not paid for that work; or someone who is paid by the course to teach (often badly). Even though "adjunct professor" does not give automatic notability, this person's accomplishments (including as a founder of a university program) point to notability. • Delete. The subject has 150 citations and an h index of 6, so does not meet NPROF C1. His appointments and awards do not approach any of the other NPROF criteria, and there is no evidence of a GNG pass. None of the keep reasons above are valid arguments for notability.
