This person's only possible claim to notability is being president of a university, but New Jersey Institute of Technology is not what you would describe as a "major academic institution", which is one of the criteria (number 6) outlined at Wikipedia:Notability (academics). - COMMENT: I was the first to arrive at this article and I had noticed a copy/paste biography written for the article (which required a blanking of most of the content in this article). I read his credentials and he has accomplished quite a bit prior to the appointment to the post. Honestly, I would hold off on deleting the article until the copyright issue is resolved.--Ctoshw (talk) 09:14, 9 February 2012 (UTC)
