The subject of the article does not meet WP:AUTHOR. Most of the sources seem to be articles that he himself wrote. Very little if any independent sources to support notability. It seems that the article was already deleted three times in the past, making it a good candidate for salting Rusf10 (talk) 02:56, 14 April 2018 (UTC)

Relisting comment: I nearly "soft closed" this as delete, but it would seem that to salt it there should be some community consensus this time around to solidify the deletion. Thank you.
