Delete. Not notable. His key work is None of Us Were Like This Before, but I can only find [https://www.independent.co.uk/arts-entertainment/books/reviews/none-of-us-were-like-this-before-by-joshua-e-s-phillips-2128737.html one independent review from a reliable source]. DeleteI found his one [https://gulfnews.com/culture/books/1-2-1-with-joshua-e-s-phillips-1.743487 interview] with Gulf News. Had it been more interviews in reliable secondary sources like this one, I would have voted as keep. But this is probably the only one on the internet. So, delete.
