Fails WP:BLP1E, WP:NOTNEWS. This person seems to be known only for writing a textbook, a paragraph of which became a political news item in the US. The lasting importance of this incident is questionable. It would be more appropriately covered, if at all, as a mention in an article about education in Virginia.
