• Weak keep I‘m not am expert, but looks like he was a main cyclist in Guatemala. I cant find online old newspaper or magazine; but I saw this interview with him. An interview itself is not enough for notability; but it shows he was back in the days a main Guatemalan cyclist. This interview is not about the Olympics but the Vuelta a Guatemala. • Highly likely notable of course (was a national champion and also the [https://www.facebook.com/100064511627081/posts/5798755166802565/ national cycling commissioner]) – yet another example of why its inappropriate to be able to delete things with no search of relevant sources whatsoever... but anyway a redirect would probably be preferred in case someone ever decides to look and find sigcov in Guatemalan newspapers...
