The "social media department" of a political party's youth committee is not a notable political office per WP:NPOL — and I still don't know why Indian editors seem so uniquely prone to thinking this kind of job would get a person into Wikipedia — and the article is not reliably sourced even remotely close to well enough to get him over WP:GNG.
