- Keep - BLP1E is not applicable here. He is a climber/entertainer who shows off his climbing skills regularly in a particular tourist spot. That's not a single event. Besides has got a fair bit of coverage in Indian TV channels. I have seen two separate half hour specials (in two different channels) on this guy.
