I have been unable to locate significant reliable source coverage to establish notability at a level of WP:GNG. Perhaps there are some independent reliable sources that feature him in Korean, and I will be happy to change my !vote upon seeing such. I have been unable to locate them in English. - Weak keep- Name in Hangul (written Korean language) is 강유택 . Unreferenced article in ko.wiki [http://ko.wikipedia.org/wiki/%EA%B0%95%EC%9C%A0%ED%83%9D here] has existed days shy of a year. The notice at top is an arbitration committee election notice, not an AfD. Earliest found mention by independent RS, national The Chosun Ilbo (Korea Daily News) [http://news.chosun.com/site/data/html_dir/2011/03/22/2011032200001.html here], mangled by translation confirms participation in event, (then) ranked 14th by the national governing body, and top prize for event (won by someone else) c. $20,000, showing professional level. Already 20 by Korean age, turns 20 by Western notation in November, don't see difference as errors or other person; reported in other venues as youngest current 4th dan player, has time to become youngest ever ranked 5th or above by modern rating.
