Delete. Mayors are not "inherently" notable just for existing, but this is nowhere near substantial enough, and is not referenced to nearly enough reliable source coverage about him, to get him over WP:NPOL #2. Bearcat (talk) 19:46, 25 August 2023 (UTC)
