There was a contested PROD in 2009 that was then never picked up again. (I wasn't the one who PRODded it.) As far as I can see, I don't see this person's notability, and the assertion of winning two events at X Games (if true) does not itself establish notability as X Games is not listed at WP:ATH as an event that itself establishes notability.
