Keep. The article containing one source does not make the subject non-notable. When the article cited is from one of India's most prominent newspapers and calls him "an important figure in the field of Kannada literature...In a career spanning five decades, his books have educated generations about not only some of the best works in Kannada but also in English literature", the nomination is clearly deeply flawed. A full professor, the subject is widely cited (e.g. [https://books.google.co.uk/books?id=bxtBDwAAQBAJ&pg=PT192&lpg=PT192&dq=%22L.+S.+Sheshagiri+Rao%22&source=bl&ots=yrwsiYJtRZ&sig=AlD7ESjR1QammgGJIwMGHzmPJMw&hl=en&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjwr5mSovHdAhWoCsAKHfNtCsA4FBDoATAGegQIBBAB#v=onepage&q=%22L.%20S.%20Sheshagiri%20Rao%22&f=false]), is called a "noted writer" by the Times of India ([https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/mangaluru/uom-professor-calls-for-revival-of-indian-playwrights/articleshow/63522729.cms]) and has an award named in his honour ([https://starofmysore.com/prof-l-s-sheshagiri-rao-award-retired-kiks-professor/]). --Michig (talk) 07:24, 6 October 2018 (UTC)
