Biographical article about a surgeon, created by an WP:SPA, that fails WP:GNG & WP:BIO. Was the subject of a brief article in the Times of India and once quoted in a BBC article, but no other significant coverage. No independent sources. I know Prof. Dr.Lael Anson Best , who is an alumnus of my school, though junior, but with considerable achievements and is the 'representative and ambassador' in Israel for our school, the Rajkumar College, Rajkot and listed as such as a notable alumnus.
