I created this bio, however on reflection I don't think it makes the cut. Diplomats are not inherently notable and the routine coverage here likely fails WP:GNG. Uhooep (talk) 03:43, 16 July 2023 (UTC)

Comment: there are multiple prominent people in Gambia with this name. I suggest searching for "Lamin Manneh"+"United Nations"
