Appears to be a [http://au.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20110703101433AAYt0sJ vanity publisher] that has attracted no notice from reliable secondary sources, hence failing WP:GNG. Claims to be India's largest book distributor, but that is unsupported. Batard0 (talk) 06:24, 5 October 2012 (UTC)

- Delete As my prod said, "Unsourced article about non-notable company. Page was previously nom'd for CSD, but userfied for the article creator to add sources. Article then moved back to mainspace without references being added." Dori ☾Talk ☯ Contribs☽ 19:47, 5 October 2012 (UTC)
- Comment I think this is a notable company based on the numerous incidental sources found (over 20) in commercial databases, mostly Gale archived newspapers from India. The publisher has collaborated with Crossword Bookstores and Oxford Bookstore, two major Indian bookstore chains, so the books they publish are not "vanity press" in the normal sense of "not sold in stores". However all the sources are in reference to a book published by Leadstart and not really about Leadstart (beyond one sentence at best). So it's technically problematic for Wikipedia purposes. Some example source quotes:
- "Crossword Bookstores and Leadstart Publishing hosted a book reading session of the book 'Incognito'..."
- "Seven years ago, Sunil founded the fiction imprint, Frog Books, as a platform for the writing talent he saw around him. It was later incorporated under Leadstart Publishing, where he functioned as editorial head fiction."
- "imprints like Little Squirrel put out by distributor Leadstart Publishing [is an example of] booming children's writing in India"
- "Oxford Bookstore, Mumbai and Leadstart Publishing host the launch of 'A Journey Forever'... "

::This looks like incidental coverage at best, none of it rising to something we can all agree is significant attention in any reliable source. I may be wrong, but these could easily be press releases picked up by local newspapers. In any event, the notability of books it publishes and their authors doesn't confer notability on the publisher under the guidelines, I believe. I'm open to finding something better, though -- perhaps there's significant coverage in widely circulated Hindi publications. --Batard0 (talk) 21:19, 5 October 2012 (UTC)
:::They are not press releases. Believe the above quotes to offer some evidence of notability. It would need more in-depth coverage nonetheless. -- Green Cardamom (talk) 01:40, 6 October 2012 (UTC)
- Weak Delete I found two more sources ([http://www.indiainfoline.com/Markets/News/Crossword-and-Leadstart-Publishinglaunch-Healing-the-Blue-Planet/5460939407], [http://www.thehindu.com/news/cities/Chennai/article2511453.ece]), but both are just passing mentions. Does not meet WP:ORG --Anbu121 (talk me) 14:30, 7 October 2012 (UTC)
- Keep Notable publishing company based in Mumbai and encourages upcoming writers from India and other South Asian countries. Published hundreds of titles. The article is pruned to a great extent, some reliable sources added. -Rayabhari (talk) 17:29, 9 October 2012 (UTC)
