Flash-in-the pan music ensemble whose only hope at passing WP:BAND is #10 which, as the criteria says, since it is the only claim, it is probably more appropriate to have a mention in American Pie 2 article and redirect to that article.

Delete or redirect as suggested for an alternative to deletion (I prefer the alternative to deletion so the article is preserved for future use). My searches found nothing good (News, Books, highbeam and thefreelibrary) aside from [https://books.google.com/books?id=shAEAAAAMBAJ&pg=PA71&dq=Left+Front+Tire+band+Georgia&hl=en&sa=X&ei=yDiOVeLJNMqZNtuxuuAK&ved=0CDQQ6AEwAg#v=onepage&q=Left%20Front%20Tire%20band%20Georgia&f=false one] Billboard at Books and a [http://www.highbeam.com/Search?searchTerm=Left+Front+Tire+band+Georgia few mentions] here but nothing much aside from that.
