The article on this actress appears to coast on inherited notability via her boyfriend (Sean Penn). Coverage on her own merits is very scarce. • Delete - certainly doesn't pass WP:NACTOR, and absent press about her and Penn, nothing in-depth about herself, so fails WP:GNG. Wouldn't object to a redirect to the most likely target, which I agree is Mortal Engines. Onel5969 ^{TT me} 21:08, 4 October 2018 (UTC)

They are purely focused on films and are (willfully?) ignoring theatre productions which are explicitly included in WP:NACTOR.
