Not notable enough. His works include one collection of poetry in French/Albanian and an auto-biographic book regarding his prison time. The references are difficult to verify. The rest of Google hits come from blogs or unreliable sources. The corresponding articles in Albanian and Italian show the same issue, probably WP:COI --Mondiad (talk) 02:27, 11 February 2016 (UTC)
