Mayor of a community of 14,000 people. Not to say that mayors of such communities can't be notable (we wouldn't delete Bill Clinton's article if he became a smalltown mayor!), but this guy demonstrates no evidence of notability for other reasons — even impressive high school sports coaches aren't generally notable.
