Band doesn't seem to pass WP:BAND. The only source I can find is [http://books.google.com/books?id=QzX8THIgRjUC&pg=PA295 here] which is pretty close to trivial. The French version of this article does not have any reliable sources included either. Ricky81682 (talk) 04:54, 2 December 2014 (UTC)

- Keep. Classic 1970s Caribbean band, famous locally, influential, discussed in books about the region and the genre. See [http://www.allmusic.com/artist/les-aiglons-mn0001426028/biography the AllMusic biography], the mention of them in the book [https://books.google.com/books?id=QzX8THIgRjUC&pg=PA295 World Music: Latin & North America, Caribbean, India, Asia and Pacific], and in [https://books.google.com/books?id=hdzhAgAAQBAJ&pg=PA118 Calypso Drift]. Ethnomusicologist Jocelyne Guilbault wrote about them in [https://books.google.com/books?id=d0lrjteCl2IC&pg=PA102 Zouk: World Music in the West Indies]. The band's single "Cuisse-la" was a record-breaking hit.[https://books.google.com/books?id=f1v_xhSxMEcC&pg=PA243] We ought to tell the reader about this band. - Keep. I added the discography, which shows many albums on the notable label of :fr:Henri Debs (see there that several significant bands were on it), and that best-selling hit noted above. The sourcing still isn't great but they are clearly notable.Rigadoun (talk) 07:59, 20 December 2014 (UTC)
- {{ping|Ricky81682|p=}}, any thoughts on these new sources? czar ⨹ 04:15, 21 December 2014 (UTC)
Those references still seem somewhat trivial to me but I'll withdraw it. - Ricky81682 (talk) 08:31, 22 December 2014 (UTC)
