Article reads a lot like a manual. The article doesn't seem like it can ever be less than a manual. Cavenba (talkcontribs) 04:26, 25 August 2008 (UTC)

:Another editor, User:Tabletop (also the main contributor), has contested the PROD saying "Serious safety issues". WP:NOTMANUAL still holds up; if someone needs to know about the hazards, they should refer to their government's "driver's handbook" or speak with their government, not seek this information from Wikipedia. The basics about these hazards can easily be mentioned on "Level crossing". Cavenba (talkcontribs) 04:31, 25 August 2008 (UTC)

  • Delete: Violates WP:NOTHOWTO, no special/notable/useful content besides that. Calor (talk) 04:49, 25 August 2008 (UTC)
