Delete Does not meet WP:BIO. Struggle to find any secondary sources discussing him or his work except [https://www.thejc.com/news/uk/kabbalah-centre-barred-from-limmud-1.51582 these] [https://www.thejc.com/judaism/books/the-power-of-positive-thinking-1.6754 two] which are pretty light.
