• Keep - There doesn't seem to be any doubt that she's notable; hence there's no less reason for her to have a list of tours/concerts than any other performer. Given her tours in the English speaking world, it's entirely appropriate to have a list of her tours/concerts. I'm bothered (quality) that the US and UK sourcing is almost all in non-English sources. Doesn't make it non-notable; just not as good as it should be. It means that WP:RS must be assessed by someone with non-English language skills and non-English source knowledge. The non-English sourcing is prominent in her bio article.
