Difficult to read and unreferenced table of US aircraft with their designations. If anything, this could be redirected to another page discussing US aircraft designations, like United States Department of Defense aerospace vehicle designation, but I think a delete is the best option here. As it exists, this doesn't really qualify as a "list", but as an underexplained table. Natg 19 (talk) 01:04, 16 July 2019 (UTC)

- Keep This is a valid list article with links to many different articles. Its set up in a way that those looking for the information can easily sort through it. Dream Focus 05:23, 16 July 2019 (UTC)
- Keep per WP:PRESERVE and WP:NOTCLEANUP. I'm fairly sure that this passes WP:LISTN and so the issue is just one of implementation and improvement. Deletion would not be helpful for this. It takes a lot of time and effort to build a table like this and it's discouraging to have such work permeptorily swept aside and made inaccessible. See WP:BITE. Andrew D. - The article was created in 2006 and its creator has been around for at least 13 years. There are no newcomers being bitten, here. Uncle G (talk) 09:27, 16 July 2019 (UTC)
- WP:BITE says "Remember: ... and in some ways ... even the most experienced among us are still newcomers." Andrew D. (talk) 09:55, 16 July 2019 (UTC)
- Keep possibly move to Table of ..xxx per DreamFocus and Andrew D. Buckshot06 (talk) 07:44, 16 July 2019 (UTC)
- Keep. Wikipedia:Deletion is not cleanup. DoD aircraft designations (including the pre/post 1962 change) are very much discussed as a set by a multitude of RSes (and translation between one set of designations and another is a rather significant issue). I agree the current list is a tad unreadable and formatting could be improved - but Wikipedia:Deletion is not cleanup. Icewhiz (talk) 08:29, 16 July 2019 (UTC)
- Keep For the same reasons everyone else has already said. Almy (talk) 16:13, 16 July 2019 (UTC)
- Keep Agree with Icewhiz and Almy. Page had clearly established notability. MaskedSinger (talk) 04:34, 17 July 2019 (UTC)
- Keep I agree with all of the above, but propose maybe a rename to "U.S. DoD aircraft designations" or "Table of U.S. DoD aircraft designations" AmericanAir88(talk) 23:44, 22 July 2019 (UTC)
