As well as Liu Sheng, the following appear to fail WP:ATHLETE and WP:GNG:

Delete all - I can't find any evidence that any of these have played for a club in the fully-pro Chinese Super League, but instead they have played in the lower levels of Chinese football and I can't find sources for them which would satisfy the general notability guideline.
