Merge/redirect to Herbert London, the founder, per Wikipedia:Deletion policy#Alternatives to deletion. [https://www.thedailybeast.com/the-creepily-influential-trumpist-foreign-policy-think-tank-youve-never-heard-of This article] from The Daily Beast titled "The Creepily Influential Trumpist Foreign-Policy Think Tank You've Never Heard Of" is a very substantial article about London Center for Policy Research. One more source would allow it to pass Wikipedia:Notability#General notability guideline.
I did a very brief search for sources and did not find more sources. I will support a standalone article if another editor finds a second source that provides substantial coverage about the London Center for Policy Research.
