promotional cv , fails WP:PROF. . As even the article says in its lede sentence, an " early career American psychologist". Early career is just what be mean by Not Yet Notable, and the article pretty much proves it: No significant citations: citations of his work: 26, 10, 7, 3, 3, 2.
