Participated in [https://int.soccerway.com/players/luqman-ismail/400822/ part of a league match and part of a cup match] a few years ago and then disappeared. A [https://duckduckgo.com/?q=%22Luqman+Ismail%22&t=hs&va=l&ia=web Singaporean source search] uncovered only his Wikipedia article, his LinkedIn profile and some basic stats sites like Soccerpunter, none of which confer notability. [https://www.google.com/search?q=%22Luqman+Ismail%22&source=lnms&tbm=nws&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjb5OX-sPj4AhUlQ0EAHYr0DzEQ_AUoAnoECAIQBA&biw=2133&bih=1041&dpr=0.9 Google News] had no relevant hits and nor did [https://www.proquest.com/results/C02A641E546646D4PQ/1?accountid=196403 ProQuest].
