Delete or Redirect to Newark-on-Trent#Newark Town Council where there is (now) a list of wards, and also add to Magnus (disambiguation), to which it should have been added on creation. If creation of an article is thought to help the reader, which should be the only reason to create it, then adding it to a dab page if it has a disambiguated title should be part of an editor's process of article creation, so that the reader can find it.
