This article appears to fail Wikipedia's guidelines on general notability and for academics and scholars. The only sources available on the internet appear to be Dr. Romano's website and the website of the Naval Postgraduate School: there are no independant secondary sources available. Dr. Romano has authored some books however they do not appear to be widely cited. There does not appear to be any media coverage of the subject. Jackc143 (talk) 18:45, 3 July 2013 (UTC)
