This biography doesn't seem to meet WP:NMUSIC or WP:BIO. A search for "Mark Chadbourne" brings up a semi-notable cyclist, but I couldn't find any reliable sources for this musician. gobonobo + c 17:09, 26 August 2015 (UTC)
