As far as I can tell this is a combination of a hoax and an attack page on a non-notable person of this name (see history). I have found no online evidence that Mark Libbery (or Libbeter) exists; he is not listed by either Southampton Solent University[http://www.solent.ac.uk/Homepage.aspx] or the Fifth Estate Online.[http://www.fifth-estate-online.co.uk/editorialinfo.html] Espresso Addict (talk) 00:52, 13 December 2008 (UTC)

:*I suspect the target is a student at Southampton Solent whose name is or resembles "Libbery" or "Libbeter". Espresso Addict (talk) 01:13, 13 December 2008 (UTC)

  • Delete. I tried to find out more about this person through a few searches. My conclusion is the same that others reached above; that this person does not exist. Also, I vaguely remember seeing a similar article before here going through a deletion discussion. I believe it was deleted, but I am not sure.--Eric Yurken (talk) 11:56, 13 December 2008 (UTC)
