Marlon Ocampo Barrantes is a public high school teacher who has published one history book. Unable to find any reliable refs except for the book. Unable to find any refs about his other book, El Carnaval del Diablo y otros cuentos. Mr. Ocampo is the editor of the article. The Spanish Wikipedia page gives slightly more detail.
