Non-notable journalist/writer - does not pass WP:GNG or WP:AUTHOR. The majority of the sources in the article are links to his own pieces. Of what is remaining, there is an interview with him from a podcast (not independent coverage), a press release, and two profile pieces (one linked to booking him as a speaker, so not independent; the other a very short profile on the National Press Association). I can't turn up anything more than this myself. WJ94 (talk) 13:40, 11 January 2023 (UTC)

Keep Multiple reliable sources from [https://www.chartwellspeakers.com/speaker/matthew-klein/#:~:text=Klein%20Keynote%20Speaker,Times%2C%20the%20Economist%2C%20amongst%20others] and [https://www.ineteconomics.org/research/experts/MatthewCKlein]. Puvasoca (talk) 11:33, 16 January 2023 (UTC)WP:SOCKSTRIKE – Extraordinary Writ (talk) 18:31, 19 January 2023 (UTC)- :{{ping|Puvasoca}} These both seem too connected to the subject to count as indepdent. [https://www.chartwellspeakers.com/speaker/matthew-klein/#:~:text=Klein%20Keynote%20Speaker,Times%2C%20the%20Economist%2C%20amongst%20others The first] is from a website where you can book Klein as a speaker; [https://www.ineteconomics.org/research/experts/MatthewCKlein the second] is a routine profile created on a website to which Klein has contributed to. Keep has pass NACTOR and WP:AUTHOR. Sabomancoo (talk) 11:38, 17 January 2023 (UTC)WP:SOCKSTRIKE – Extraordinary Writ (talk) 18:31, 19 January 2023 (UTC)- :{{ping|Sabomancoo}} Could you explain which parts of WP:NACTOR and WP:AUTHOR you think Klein passes, because I'm not following your argument? WP:NACTOR seems particularly peculiar since, as far as I can see, Klein is not an actor. WJ94 (talk) 11:07, 17 January 2023 (UTC)

- Delete. I agree with the nom that the sources currently cited aren't enough to satisfy the GNG, and my search found nothing else that would contribute toward notability. Extraordinary Writ (talk) 18:38, 19 January 2023 (UTC)
